» Name: Dimitri.
» Age: 1.5 years.
» Gender: Female.
» Vahva member?: No.
» Personality: Dimitri is a very violent wolf, known to kill for food she didn't catch, though she takes hunting seriously... More seriously than most pack wolves, and she will never take her abilities for granted. She believes in no deities, but still says the 'passing on' prayer that her mother taught her; “Thank you, for your body will sustain mine. May your spirit pass on peacefully.”
Dimitri dislikes speaking of her past, but her family is easily brought to her mind. She was young when the only adult she ever knew died, and so she knows little, if any, of common courtesy. Though she could stably stay in a pack, even desires one, she cannot figure out what she is doing wrong, seeing as she would treat them as if she were seeing her sister again, cautiously, and be friendly only if they aren't hostile, attacking if they show the slightest of the latter.
Dimitri misses her family and often times takes out her anger, which is how she hides her devistation, on other animals, plants, bugs, and sometimes nearby wolves. She has a tendency to be snappy when sensitive conversations come up. She kicks in her sleep, wakes with the sound of a hare's foot, and often bites others if they get to close to her when she wakes.
Dimitri has, as cheesy as it sounds, a soft side. If someone can get to it. She can be extraordinarily loyal and protective, and if one she loves is lost to her again, there is a chance she would break down. If she were to hurt one she loves, she would make up for it ten-fold, no matter what. She can be fine alone, but if she could find a friend, or even a lover, she would be happier than she'd felt since she was a suckling pup
» Appearance: Dimitri is pretty an average sized, if not a rather skinny, wolf. She has fine, long legs, good for running, and long, soft fur. Her ears are somewhat large and pointed, and her muzzle long, but flatter towards the end with a large, black nose. On her Mexican side, she inherited a shorter tail, and therefore, has less agility than most wolves her size, though she is still a fast runner, and it is covered in fur as thick as a fox's in comparison to her size. She has medium-sized paws that makes her clumsy when she isn't paying attention, and often get stuck in rabbit holes and the like.
Dimitri's Soft fur is mostly a cream color, though she has a large Wolf saddle* of a medium-light brown with flecks of grey accented into it. This medium-light brown with it's grey flecks is also found on all her paws and her tail-tip with a gentle fade back to her light, base cream. She has a white underside that has the same fade back to cream along it, as well as two light dots above her eyes, similar to those of a rottweiler or doberman. Speaking of her eyes, both beautiful, round eyes are dark green with slightly lighter centers and almost black outer rings.
Dimitri has a few scars from living on her own**, Being such as the following: Two nicks*** in her left ear. One small cut, only an inch long, from the top of her right eyelid down to the just underneath, no blindness was caused. Bite marks on her tail, near the base, nearly hidden by thick fur. Three horizontal cuts on her muzzle. One long scar across her hunches. Three diagonal cuts on her left thigh, varying in size, the middle one being the longest, the right one being the shortest, and the left being in-between.
*A 'wolf saddle' is the only word I could think of, and it refers to the usually darker, Saddle-looking patch on an average grey wolf's back, or at least what most people's minds go to whenever you have them think of a grey wolf, or sometimes a wolf in general.
**Please check Her history for more information on both how she got her scars and why she is living as a loner at such a young age.
***Sorry if that's the wrong word for it, but a small or large cut on the edge of the ear that does not tear all the way through.
» History: Dimitri's mother once belonged to a pack that disbanded after another raided their territory. Her pregnant mother lost her mate and could not find any of her packmates, in the end she became a loner and hunted small prey until she was unable to hunt for two weeks before her children's birth. Dimitri's mother almost never spoke of this, so she knows very little of it.
Dimitri had two brothers and one sister, all of which were older than her. The elder brother, Zane, was the weakest of the three, within the first three Months he was lowest in their Hierarchy. The Eldest sister, Bell, was just barely under Dimitri, and they often got into scraps, this is how Dimitri got the nicks in her ears. And the younger brother, Oak, younger than both Zane and Bell, was highest in their hierarchy. They were taught to hunt early, and Zane was mortally wounded by the kick of a red deer and died within the hour. Once when Dimitri was hunting rabbits at Six months, she was cut by it's back claws on her right eye.
When they were only Nine months old, Their mother died by unknown illness. The pups had limited foraging knowledge and some hunting experience. They were not, however, ready for the encounter with large pack. Oak, as the Alpha, challenged the four patrolling wolves, and Bell and Dimitri followed Suit. This is where Dimitri earned the scar on her muzzle, her thigh, and the bite marks on her tail. Oak died in this fight, Bell and Dimitri fled.
As they always had fought for dominance, Dimitri and Bell had dangerous and frequent fights. They soon parted ways after a particularly heated fight and never met again. After the sisters went on their separate paths, Dimitri got into a several scraps and fights with many various other loners. She earned herself many scars* in these fights.
A history of Violence and loss caused Dimitri's bad temper, hypocrisy, ect. ect... but it also caused her fear of losing those who become close to her, and her loyalty can be undoubted by any friend or family.
*Not all scars were included in description, only the biggest and most noticeable.
